Staffordshire Car Badge

Staffordshire. Manufactured in Resin and having a Stainless backing plate, by Renamel of London from the early 60’s until 1974 when the County Boundaries of England were changed. The shield shows a red chevron on gold coming from the arms of the De Stafford family A Staffordshire Knot, being the badge of the De Stafford family, is charged on the chevron, reproduced on many local Club badges. At the top a Lion passant guarding (face on) The Crest on top of the Shield shows a Mural Crown with a Staffordshire Knot.
