Devon. Manufactured in Resin and having a Stainless backing plate, by Renamel of London from the early 60’s until 1974 when the County Boundaries of England were changed. Shield showing a rampant Lion which is Crowned. Above, barry wavy lines of silver and blue. The silver and Crown being granted by Richard, Earl of Cornwall, to Devon in the 13th Century. And on the silver sea a silver sailed ship.
