Dorset Car Badge

Dorset Manufactured in Resin and having a Stainless backing plate, by Renamel of London from the early 60’s until 1974 when the County Boundaries of England were changed. Shield showing three red Lions, passant quadrant, representing England and similar to the old shield of Dorchester, Dorset's Capital City. At the base a Fleur-de-Lys also from Dorchester. The Crest on top of the shield shows a Mural Crown derived from the Dorset Regiment.
