Welsh Counties Car Club. (Welsh) 25 mm (1") tall manufactured in brass. Known to be affiliated to the Royal Automobile Club (RAC) from 1956 until 1987 but my records are far from complete. Looks to be a home made badge from an unfinished stamping by soldering on a fixing pin.
