1939 Welsh Rally Competitors Car Badge 103 mm (4.2") tall. Manufactured by Crouch Cardiff S.W.A.C. (South Wales Automobile Club) The Rally had 118 competitors in the 1939 event. Badges were also issued to a select number of Officials and are marked "Official". The Club team event was between Junior Car Club SS Car Club North West London Motor Club Riley Motor Club Women's Automobile and Sports Association, Ltd And the South Wales Automobile Club who organised the Welsh Rally.
