L A W L E C From the Hearldic Chained Bear and Staff (which is Warwickshire) The Foxhound may refer to a Hunt.I can deduce that the three letters stand for Leicestershire and Warwickshire. The shield division of zig-zag line is also found on the Hinckley & District Motor Cycle & Light Car Club But there I run out of steam. Date would be between the Mid 60's to mid 70's
