M.V.M.C. Car Badge

Metropolitan-Vickers Motor Club M.V.M.C. (Welsh) 83 mm (3.2") x 80 mm (3.1") wide, made in alloy. (OMG I forgot it's name) I was told the name of the club but lost my notes on it, please anyone if you know please tell me. Nothing known about this club, any information would be very welcome. This badge is from the "Metropolitan-Vickers Motor Club". The main works was located in Trafford Park, Manchester. They manufactured large electrical components and during WW2 built Lancaster bombers for AVRO and jet engines (later this work was passed on to Armstrong Siddeley for development).
