Ludlow Castle Motor Club 84 mm (3.3") diameter. Manufactured in alloy and has a sticker on the back "Dorking 87 Oct 25th 1 of 3 £8.00" put there by Bell Moran a much respected USA collector, now deceased. Affiliated to the Auto Cycle Union (ACU) Western Centre 1951-66. Known to be affiliated to the Royal Automobile Club (RAC) from 1963 to 1987 but my records are far from complete.
