Paignton Motor Club 114 mm (4.1") tall. Manufactured in alloy and painted. Affiliated to the Auto Cycle Union (A.C.U.) Midland Centre 1947-57. Note on back of the badge reads "from pam david fall". These stickers were put on by an American Collector called Bell Moran (Now deseased) Pamela David Enamels were / are the leading restorers of badges and "Bell" handed over most of the badges he collected in the UK for Pamela David to restore, this was probably one of the badges purchased at Beaulieu Auto Jumble the previous September where Pamela David had a stand. pamela david
