R R E Motor Club Radar Research Establishment Motor Club Based at Malvern, Worcestershire Formed from the Radar Research and Development Establishment in 1959 Became the Royal Signals & Radar Establishment in 1976 I worked at the RRE in Malvern and at Pershore Airfield (RAF) in the 70's where testing of Radar landing equipment was carried out. At the same time I also worked at Norton Barracks Worcester (Army) where the Signal Regiment had two mobile Radar vehicles on development. The RRE was often known locally as the RRE Malvern
