Royal Automobile Club Associate Car Badge c1930 - 1936 78 mm (3") diameter. Early versions manufactured by Fry's Diecasting Ltd Wheaton Abbey in brass and chromed and tend to have out lived the later versions. Later version cast in Mazac, a poor quality material that was prone to damage from within, the chrome work blisters very easily. I have known badges to break in half.
