Junior Imperial & Constitutional League "For Empire" A pre war badge manufactured by Lewis of Birmingham . 115 mm (4.5") x 75 mm (3") The League was active from 1905 up until 1947 and cared for UK Citizens venturing out into the Colonies and the USA. From the style of badge I would think it is late 1920's early 30's
