Manufactured by Renamel of London, centre part in resin and having the Crown and “R” on the front of the tang There was a Club with the same name affiliated to the Auto Cycle Union (ACU) Midland Centre from 1926 to 1932 But as the badge shown is from the late 60's to mid 70's There is nothing to suspect there is any connection.
